Fantastic food. I had a vegetarian Greek omelet (without green onion, onion, and garlic), and my friends had hummus, french fries. and a pasta. My Greek omelet is full of vegetables and utterly delicious! And l saw the sign next to the entrance that this is a "women and children friendly restaurant", which means the facilities and ingredients are extra safe for kids and women, and they don't use any plastics that leach out Endocrine Disrupting Chemicals (EDC). The only thing that I don't like was the music was a bit too loud.

Sitting at the bar seats overwatching the chefs and staff working the kitchen was mesmerizing. Food was great, service efficient and friendly. Place can get very busy. Do make an appointment during popular hours.
The Mediterranean style/taste was good. The selections were good. I enjoyed the low sodium taste. It could get crowded. Reservation is recommended. The restaurant is big, bright, and clean. The people who worked there seemed nice and professional.
After a couple weeks traveling throughout Asia we needed a change in flavor for a night. This was great! We ordered the Toasteria Salad with a local cheese option, octopus, cheesy potatoes and chicken shawarma. It was all delicious and we only wished we’d had space for more. It was pricey but given how little we’d spent at food markets and little restaurants we could afford the splurge. The staff were so friendly and helpful. It exceeded all our expectations and if we make it back to Taiwan we’ll come back again. Pretty good endorsement to seek out Mediterranean food in Taiwan!
Lovely place to have some casual food- a bit different from all the typical street food around this area! People were very friendly, Jenson who served us was super helpful and very considerate. This is a place that we can relax, sit and talk while enjoying the food (very tasty!) in this chaotic, popular district.
Had a lovely brunch at the bar, surprisingly cozy for a bar setup. I enjoyed a fresh salad and creamy hummus, while my companion had shakshuka, all inspired by delicious Palestinian flavors. The food was flavorful and thoughtfully prepared. The staff spoke great English, were kind and attentive, and even offered free wine shots, which I politely passed on. A perfect blend of warm hospitality and rich flavors. Big props to the chefs, they really know their stuff.
I was surprised with the taste of food! Good plating and taste. We were sitting at the bar because there were no seats available. The lady kindly introduce us to the bar and asked if we would like to change to the second floor. We like the bar seats and had a very nice dinner experience! I would recommend the salad, spaghetti and panini! They were all delicious. Not huge amount of food, so you may want to order a variety of dishes! Good service, the service came to check on us a few times during our dinner.
A MUST! I was extremely lucky to stumble upon this incredible restaurant by chance. It’s truly one of a kind here in Taiwan a must-visit! With so many tempting options on the menu, it was almost impossible to decide. I couldn’t resist the hummus while it may seem simple to make, it’s very hard to master, and Toasteria Café serves the best of the best. If you’ve never tried hummus before, now’s the time! And if hummus isn’t for you, there are plenty of other delicious choices to enjoy, plus drinks galore. This place is a must-must. I’ll be coming back as often as I can. If you want unforgettable flavors you’ve never experienced before, this is the spot!!
